Sims Social Cuckoo Clock Not Loading

The Sims Social Cuckoo clock is needed to complete the once bitten quests. Head over to Bella's place and perform the required actions to complete the task.
For those of you who completed the Once Bitten quests and can't load the free clock try this:

• Reload the Sims Social game.
• Immediately go to Bella's and wait for her clock to fully load. 
• Return to your room and it should be in your storage.
