The second quest in the new Sims Social Curiouser and curiouser quests requires that you do 4 interactions with easel. Many players already have the art skill maxed out. The good news, is that you can still do art skills on easel. Simply, click on create next to any of the maxed out skills.
For this quest, you need to do it 4 times.
